Not good timing for a first kiss - neither one of them had a clear head at the time. I hope it won't make Ianto freak out and avoid Jack. Everything was going so well, they were building a strong friendship and now they're probably both thinking they took advantage of the other. Hope they can sort things out before the end of the panto's run. That gives them approximately 24 hours... not much time to clear their heads and sort out their tangled feelings.
