In canon, I was chanting for her to be shot in the face, because she buried Jack in cement, ALIVE, and gloated about it (she could have shot him without a word, and then pour the cement)...but I can attribute that to Bad Writing. Which it is.
After the thing with Gray though, I can see a cont of CoE (where Ianto is not dead!) if Jack understood why Johnson did it, like, if she had actually HATED him with a good reason (her comment about the Good Kids lead me to believe that she, like 007 and 006, was an orphan, and she was probably paid less and had less than Jack).
