Well, Gwen does seem to have finally gotten it through her head that she has zero chance of getting Jack. Let's just hope it sticks. Kind of worried about what Hart might try to pull though, as he seems unwilling to let it go yet.
I don't know where Lisa got it into her head that Ianto was the submissive type. Obviously, Jack appears bigger than life to most of the Torchwood staff, but she really didn't know Ianto at all if she thinks he's letting Jack lead him around by the nose. She may be awestruck by Jack, Ianto's just crazy in love with him.
