Summary: Torchwood characters in a story set in the glamorous world of international travel!

A/N:  A short chapter, in which a character mentioned in Ch13 (I think) makes an appearance and is somewhat of a catalyst. Many apologies for not posting recently, real life has conspired to keep me busy. For those of you who’ve been waiting, another chapter will be posted much more quickly!
